Located at the Cowichan District Hospital, this project consisted of a renovation within the ambulatory care area to provide a new endoscopy suite.

The work required a contained negative pressure hoarded environment for demolition and construction within the existing active hospital. The new construction included steel stud and gypsum board walls, suspended ceilings and hospital grade finishes and millwork. The project area also included access to the attic space, rooftop, and basement service rooms to install the mechanical and electrical systems.

The value of this project exceeded $450,000.
